401 Design Meditations
Trying to understand the creative mind can be a trying and difficult thing for the left brained portion of the population. Believe it or not, but it can pose as large a dilemma for us creatives as well. The influx of scattered ideas. The fumbling attempts to translate our thoughts to verbally smooth and understandable concepts. All this and typically we spend our lives producing creations to be seen or enjoyed by the other half of society.
If your like us, then sometimes it’s re-affirming to touch base with similarly like minded individuals and get a glimpse into how they think and operate. Author, Catherin Fishel has complied a book, entitled “401 design meditations” which sits down with 244 leading designers, picking their brains on topics ranging from reality check, vision, creativity and true grit. I’ve pulled out a few of our favorites. We hope you enjoy them and if you do, then be sure to look up this book. It’s truly inspiring.
